Shipping Terms
Mass production releases are, at the moment, formatted to be pre-orders. This means once the store is opened and then closed, I will begin production. Production and shipping to the customer usually takes 2-3 weeks (depending on order volume, but can be longer). Domestic shipping usually takes 2-4 days, while international shipping can take 7-21 days, but international customers have reported it taking longer depending on uncontrollable circumstances.
One-of-one releases are pre-made pieces that will ship within 1-2 business days upon placing the order. Please allow 2-4 days for domestic shipping and 7-21 days for international shipping.
Refund Terms
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, so make sure you select the correct size and input the correct shipping address. If you input the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to me, you must pay for the new shipping label to be sent to your revised shipping address. If you receive a defective item (meaning holes, scratches, rips, or unintentional stains), please email seaggs@info.com with your order number and picture(s) of the defects so we can assess how to progress.
